Yes, do it together. Not in the courts but we need to talk about how we will stop paying taxes and all our options now.

Research how to become a sovereign state national. If you are a W2 employee you can legally opt out of the corporation of the USA and get your employer to not even deduct income taxes from your paycheck. There may be some references to a state national on substack but for certain there is on bitchute.

Yep, any lawyers want to comment on viability of a case or defense?

I’m studying law but not in USA.

I am of the belief this is also the case in Australia… tax being voluntary… and I have also been told about a case outlining tax needing to be paid in silver/gold which makes it pretty much impossible to determine the nominal amount of fiat currency owing as there is virtually no gold backing.

That being said my advice is to first read your constitution. Look for any clauses that relate to tax. Also your state constitution as USA is a republic and States have an extraordinary amount of power.

Look at Ststutory interpretation as it is pivotal in reading law, acts and statutes, and also read up on jurisdiction and administrative process. Lastly, I have also been told, when a lawyer or barrister swear their oath, it’s not to the people…and when you get a lawyer to re-present you, you are also waiving YOUR rights and they can negotiate on your behalf… and that’s how deals are done. Don’t be on the end of a shitty deal. :)

I don’t know nearly enough. Interestingly… the same pushback is coming to loans… Re-hypothecated money… or loaning money that technically doesn’t exist… that is paid back… interest heavy… or interest on something created out of thin air.., it’s fascinating… so after hearing this swirl for the past 4 years, I read an article from a fairly mainstream financial advisor in Australia literally about that. The banking system seems by many accounts to be at the end of its current life cycle and perhaps the game is up for these corporations… that is another thing I forgot to mention. Always read the legislation front pages and the definitions very carefully. :)
